Scheduling Appointments
Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday though Friday. Please call our office to schedule your appointment. You will need to bring your current insurance cards and photo ID to each appointment. Please bring all medications you are currently taking in the prescription bottles. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance.
Insurance and Payments
Columbia Cardiology accepts most all insurances. At the time of each visit, co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles are collected as required by your health plan. We accept cash, personal checks, and VISA/Mastercard as payment for services. If you have insurance, we will file your claim with you insurer. If you are member of a managed care plan, you will need to bring a referral from your primary care physician.
Our business office staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about billing, insurance, or payments.

Refills Policy
We ask that you bring all medications in their bottle to each office visit. Please make sure to check for any refills that you may need when you come to see your Cardiologist. You may always call our office with refill requests; however, if you have not been examined by your Cardiologist in the recent past, you may be asked to come in for an office visit before you are given refills. This is for your safety as all prescription medications must be managed appropriately.
